Dr Stefan Kruppa is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in research and development, mechanical engineering, digital strategy and data-based/digital products and services related to industrial machinery.
He holds his Doctorate in mechanical engineering (Dr.-Ing.) and looks back on an extensive research experience applying development methods to improve process robustness, component quality/health and resources efficiency in production processes.

Dr. Kruppa’s expertise foots on more than 10 years of working within industry companies and his proven track record in Industrie 4.0, digitalization, and connected factory. He has a strong ability to manage senior-level relationships and lead cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams on a senior/well educated level.

Dr. Kruppa is co-inventor of several patents, in particular process control functions for injection molding machines (approx. 5000+ machines installed globally), and author of multiple papers and publications. He is a team-oriented and result-focused communicator with an organizational talent and distinct social competences.
