This presentation showcases a unique Canadian collaboration initiative exploring, assessing and defining Industry 5.0. Over the past years, in Canada, a government funded network of universities and industrial players set up a series of formats and learning opportunities. The Smart Digital Green Society drives digital manufacturing and supply chain platforms and projects, they offer research and collaboration resources, and particularly reach out to SME so that digital projects are no longer a privilege for large sizes (and budgets).
Hany Moustapha is returning to the Industry of Things World Berlin to give an update and overview of the initiative’s work since 2019. Amongst others, he will look into major projects such as digital twining in construction, the new digital manufacturing supply chain test bed, digital enterprise program, IIoT and smart connected platforms.
