Sarzil Sarwar is CIO & Head of Information Digital Technology at BAT. He joined BAT Bangladesh as Head of Digital Business Solutions in January 2020. He is experienced and multifaceted Digital Executive with expertise across Telecom and CPG sectors of USA, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His track record includes developing cross-border ICT and digital organizations through leadership, process, and technology excellence.
Prior to joining BAT Bangladesh, he was the Group Head of Technology Programme and Performance Management at Axiata Group Berhad.
Mr. Sarwar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas and has completed several leadership programs with INSEAD & IMD Business School.
