Eyal Kaufman has 25 years of senior management experience in business development, marketing, finance, Operations, Engineering, and Quality management of leading industrial companies as Mobileye and Cardo Systems. Eyal holds an engineering degree from the Technion in Israel, MBA degree from New York university and PhD in global quality management from the university of California.

The QualityLine story started with our need of monitoring the quality in manufacturing of our own manufacturing lines. We found ourselves in many stressful situations trying to control the quality in manufacturing with only limited set of tools available. Our challenge was not just trying to overcome quality issues (like any other production line), but also getting our hands on the detailed and timely information we needed to resolve these quality issues. We started developing an online monitoring system that integrated with testing stations on our own production lines. We were amazed with the results. It was like providing a blind person with the ability to see. We could instantly review quality issues, analyze them and quickly find their root causes.
In several months we experienced a significant improvement in production quality, we reduced production downtime and shortened the delivery time of products to our customers. The QualityLine system came from a real need to address a serious gap in remote production quality control. Our system is dedicated to to all of those production teams that work so hard days and nights and struggle to achieve and maintain the required quality level of their mass production lines.
We bring 25 years of experience in Quality in Manufacturing management of more than 100 mass production lines worldwide. We’ve faced nearly every possible challenge related to mass production line management in the real world.
We have also conducted a doctorate academic research into the challenges of controlling the quality of outsourced production lines. We “live and breath” production lines and we fully understand what it takes to establish a line that will consistently produce high quality products.
