The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem solving process where participants use 3D LEGO models to respond to questions. In this introductory session, we will build 3 to 4 models related the cultural elements that are needed to move from IoT use cases scouting to scalable benefits tracking.

This will be an interactive session where people “build” the answer and learn from each other.
