Alice joined Airbus in 2014 as Innovation Culture Lead and is 2019 Culture Evolution, Intrapreneurship Director at the branch in Washington. Before her work at Airbus she worked inter aglia at Astrium Services and mobiclip (now Nintendo Europe R&D). Alice holds an Phd in Philosophy and is parallel to her work a chairperson at the International Organization for Standardization.
