Axel Dancker is responsible of the strategy and roll-out of the operations & maintenance applications within the on-site generation business cross Europe. This business was new founded 2012 as start-up and brought to a reasonable size of today. He established as Leader of Operation & Maintenance the business and reached fully operational stage in 4 countries. Since end of 2017 Axel changed the focus to move O&M forward by adopting the next level of applications.Prior joining E.ON Axel has brought experiences focused in Service and Operation over the last 20+ years with a diverse range of senior leadership roles in global environment within companies like Digital Equipment Cooperation, Heidelberger Printing Machinery AG, General Electric. Axel holds a “Diplom” in industrial engineering from the Technical University Hamburg.
