Christian Dölle studied mechanical engineering and business administration from 2008 until 2013 at RWTH Aachen University. Alongside, he gained practical experience during internships within the automotive supplier industry as well as the manufacturing industry. After being a research assistant from end of 2013 till 2017, he became head of the department of innovation management at the laboratory for machine tools and production engineering. His consulting and research projects especially focus complexity management as well as Industrie 4.0 in R&D.

The department innovation management at the laboratory for machine tools and production engineering focusses the implementation of Industrie 4.0 in R&D in close collaboration with the manufacturing industry. Next to the optimization of products constant improvement of processes are objective to research and projects.
