We have seen that the application of Operational Excellence programs and Lean Management methods in the process industries need to be tackled differently than in the automotive of assembly oriented industries and have specialized in this area. We have over 15 years of experience in the adaptation of the Lean Management systematic to custom-made programs for our clients in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods industries.

We believe that all companies have the resources and skills they need to improve their performance, what they have just needs to be properly stimulated and directed to make a difference. We also believe that a shared ambition must precede all significant improvements. Without clarity about the common objective, the implementation of an improvement programme will not have the desired effect. We are convinced that an effective improvement program must have both the necessary framework and structures (the WHAT) and the leadership and culture (the HOW). We also know that a constant dialogue within the company is necessary for sustainable improvement and we stimulate this discussion with our clients at all levels with the right questions.
