I have had multi-plant responsibilities across EU, NA and Asia. I achieved continuous improvements in safety, productivity, costs, robustness and flexibility by mastering complexity and applying Industry 4.0 features. Experienced in management systems using OpEx methods like Lean, Six Sigma, CI, BigData analytics and historians. Transformed inefficient and ineffective operations into high performance operations by introducing e.g. globally the OEE. Proven extensive project management track record e.g. the construction of a brownfield organic peroxide plant or performing asset grid optimization. Captured and exchanged business critical know-how by organizing and performing workshops and trainings applying techniques like WorldCafés, idea supermarkets or web forums. Challenged as global business process owner the ERP system’s simplicity and ergonomics. Deep experience in SHE regulatory affairs including occupational, behavioural and process safety and compliance issues in high-risk plants. In summary, I am a highly experienced team-oriented leader having the right skillset to get the best out of teams and assets and to achieve outstanding business results.

We believe that all companies have the resources and skills they need to improve their performance, what they have just needs to be properly stimulated and directed to make a difference.
