Following QualiCal vision, I was recently appointed as QualiCal CDO to lead the IIOT  development program QualiCal DIGITAL with the mission to give the visibility to all the industrial assets of the Company by connecting the physical and digital, moving lime plants closer to the lime production experience and promoting this new wave of innovation in the whole ecosystem of client and sub-supplier.

It is almost 20 years since QualiCal began working in the LIME INDUSTRY. In these 20years, we have identified the Parallel Flow Regenerative technology, PFR, as the best CALCINATION solution for lime production, and so we have adopted this technology in our original design of the “SYNTHESIS” vertical twin shaft LIME KILN. Presently, there are more than 20 kilns in operation worldwide, confirming the innovative and affordability of our SYNTHESIS solution.
