Gian Mauro Brozzi is site lead and director of manufacturing and quality IT at Eli Lilly's Sesto site in Italy. Sitting on the global data executive group he strives to apply IoT, advanced analytics and digitalisation to manufacturing challenges in order to achieve operational excellence in his broad range of work responsibilities. Mr Brozzi has a Degree in Computer Science at the University of Pisa, joined Information Technology division of Eli Lilly in 1993 as team member of a manufacturing Excellence program. After several experiences as IT partner in almost all business areas, back to Manufacturing & Quality organization as Director of IT and process automation for the site and Lean Six Sigma champion. In the recent years he has expanded his responsibility on the Global M&Q IT organization on Data Integration and Analytics for all manufacturing plants across the globe, currently involved in the cross functional global organization appointed to sustain the digital transformation.
