Joe LaRussa is a registered professional engineer in the State of Michigan, with diversified experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, and project management.  He is currently responsible for Industrialization and Manufacturing Engineering for the Seats Business Division in North America at Brose, a global automotive supplier that designs and manufactures a variety of vehicle mechatronic systems.

Joe is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and he has served in other volunteer leadership roles at his alma mater, the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and NorthRidge Church in Plymouth.

Brose is a worldwide manufacturer of mechatronics systems, comprising 60 locations and over 25,000 employees. Brose’s Seat products include structures and components that are engineered for safety and passenger comfort.
