Karin Loidl has graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at Ulm University and in International Economic Relations at Nuertingen-Geislingen University. She started her career at Philips in 1996 and worked internationally in the fields of Healthcare, Government and Education. In 2004 she joined Fraunhofer IIS. Today she works as technology advisor for positioning and networking technologies and initiated numerous research projects.
