Sydney joined Oracle through the acquisition of J.D. Edwards & PeopleSoft in 2005 as technical consultant for projects across Europe, customer industries and technologies. Over the years he has been pro-active with learning new about technology and products, from middleware, business analytics, identity and access management and now IOT & cloud. Previously, he worked on customer issues in the Technical Support team, where listening to understand was a key skill in solving their challenges.
