Thomas Pump is responsible for the Process IT at E.ON Climate & Renewables leading a team of 30 highly motivated experts in different disciplins (SCADA, Network security, Network Management, Software developer, Project Manager and Business Analysts, PI Engineers and Administrators)
- driving the company's digitalitalization roadmap (process automation, User experiences, new way of working, new business opportunities, infrastructure changes)
- operating a global platform to monitor and control wind turbine in the US and Europe - on- and offshore.

E.ON is an international privately-owned energy supplier which is focused on renewables, energy networks and customer solutions, which are the building blocks of the new energy world. The conventional generation and energy trading businesses were combined into a distinct company, Uniper, as per 1st January, 2016. E.ON did spin off the majority of Uniper to E.ON’s shareholders and Uniper has been independently listed since September 12, 2016.
